Drawing on more than ten years of hands-on experience in the lending industry, Didio Medeiros has built a reputation for delivering results through creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
 
Having worked at major corporate banks and top brokerage firms, he developed a deep understanding of both traditional and non-traditional lending practices. Today, as the founder of his own company, Didio continues to apply his expertise to help clients navigate complex loan scenarios—always thinking outside the box to ensure every deal reaches the finish line.
 
Outside of work, Didio is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys watching games and staying active. He’s passionate about giving back to his community and dedicates time to coaching at a local youth soccer club, helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

Rafik Issabeigi

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Rafik Issabeigi is the Co-Founder of The Lending Market, where he combines deep industry expertise with a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. Over the course of his career, he’s built a reputation for integrity, innovation, and delivering exceptional service in an ever-changing lending landscape.
 
When he’s not working to simplify and improve the lending experience, Rafik can be found playing the conga drums, riding dirt bikes or motorcycles, carving down snow-covered slopes, or enjoying live music. His energy and enthusiasm in both business and in life drives everything he does.

My background began in Public Health at UC San Diego, but along the way, I discovered a passion for business, real estate, and investing. That shift opened the door to a career that continuously challenges me both analytically and creatively, allowing me to merge structure with strategy in everything I do.
 
Outside of work, I love baking bread, watching sunsets with my dogs, and listening to music. Those simple moments help me recharge, stay grounded, and bring balance to my busy professional life.
